Guidance of Online Abstract Submission
Before input
- The contents (Title, the name of author(s), the organization) input in the on-line application form
are directly registered in the database through internet, and will be used to make program book and index.
- The input data can not be changed after the deadline.
- User's private information entered into this site is protected by SSL.
*SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a security protocol for transmitting information with an encrypted format over the internet.
- Please read "Notice for on-line application form" at the bottom for correct input.
I. Abstract Submission.
- 1.
- Click the button below. Application form will be displayed.
- 2.
- Input the necessary items in the form. And upload photo file, if Invited Speaker or Young Investigator.
- 3.
- After checking your input items, press the "Submit" button to complete submission.
Registration number will be issued. (JRS57-XXXX)
- 4.
- After the submission is completed, the auto confirmation e-mail with the
registration number will be sent to the registered e-mail address.

- If confirmation e-mail is not received, please contact the registration desk below by E-mail or Fax.

- Please take a note of password you input and issued registration number.
You will need them for revision of the data and photo file.

- All notification will be sent to the contact person.
II. Check and Revise Registered Data
- 1.
- Click the button below. Input your registration number(JRS57-XXXX) and password. Your registered data will be displayed.
- 2.
- Check and revise the registered data and photo file.
- 3.
- After checking the data, please press "Submit" button to complete the revision.
- 4.
- After the revision is completed, the auto confirmation e-mail with the registration number will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
